Hi! Which manufacturer in the UK makes the most effective CBD cream? I really need your help because I'm confused about the choice.

I can say that Blessed CBD cream UK does not dry out the skin, but it does dry out redness. Removed itching and scratching of the skin in 3 applications. Very economical to use.
