What do you do to improve your health?

I do sports and drink a lot of water. And I take vitamins and health supplements (found out about them when I joined the enhance club). Also, I sleep at least 7 hours per day and spend much time outdoors.

Last year I was suffering from chronic back pain. I did many physical therapies but nothing changed. Back pain was increasing day by day to ease back pain. One of my school friend was facing the same back pain. He prescribed me to have soma 350mg to alleviate the pain I had Carisoprodol for almost 2-3 weeks after that my back pain vanished.

There are many ways to stay healthy like exercise, a healthy diet, yoga etc. You just have to find you own way to stay healthy and fit.
