Re: Have you taken any vitamins/supplements and .. (9th Oct 22 at 2:12pm UTC)
Honestly I had only positive experience with such supplements and should admit that vitamin supplements and multivitamins can be effective. They help to fill in the nutrient gaps in your diet and can improve your overall health. It is always best to get your nutrients from food first. Still, if you are looking for some alternative you can give a try to Aliness vitamins supplements that I use once a year to support my body and my health in general. Personally I do feel much energy and my body is very grateful to me. I have even advised it to my relatives and heard only possitive feedback from them. Still, it is up to you to decide because I have no idea about your health condition
Have you taken any vitamins/supplements and had great results?
I’ve never had a problem but I’m choosy about the vitamin supplements I have.
Sometimes I have vitamin d supplements during the winter months and I was advised to have b vitamins by a doctor due to being on the low side for someone who is active.
Most vitamins you can consume from your diet, the best thing is to always speak to your doctor if you are concerned about defiency.
